February - FIREMAN'S BALL

The Fireman's Ball, held annually in February, is a fund raiser for the Bradford/Camp Grove Fire Department.

May - MEMORIAL DAY SERVICES

Each year our American Legion Post #445 honors our veterans at the Memorial Day service in Elsie Hodges Park.  After a short program in the park, they walk to the cemetery to place a wreath on the Veteran's stone.

June - BRADFORD FIRE DEPARTMENT HOG ROAST

The Bradford Hog Roast is held the 1st Saturday in June. The first Hog Roast was held in 1978 to help fund the original Bradford Rescue Squad which was established in 1977. In 2019 with Stark County Ambulance Service taking on our rescue calls the Hog Roast will now benefit the Bradford Fire Department.  Dinner begins at 11 a.m. and continues to 7 p.m. and features four different kinds of pork, including sausage, whole hog, pork chops and pork burgers with baked beans, coleslaw and a drink.

September - LABOR DAY CELEBRATION

Bradford Labor Day Celebration begins on Friday evening with a Movie in Elsie Hodges Park. The Little Miss Bradford pageant is held on Saturday evening in the Bradford Grade School gym. Sunday is the car show, started in 2007, featuring nearly 100 cars of all decades. Sunday evening the American Legion holds their fish fry and later in the evening a Street Dance is held downtown on Main Street. Monday features a parade, frog jumping contest, kiddie tractor pull and water fights, watermelon eating contest and food

December - BRADFORD CHRISTMAS OPEN HOUSE

The Annual Bradford Christmas Open House is held in early December.  This annual event brings the whole community together, even in the coldest weather.
